- Factual corrections — a fee, limit or location count that's out of date. These get priority and a same-week fix where verified.
- Guide suggestions — a CoinFlip-related question our guides don't answer yet.
- Scam reports — phishing sites or fake promo pages imitating CoinFlip that you'd like documented in our warnings.
- Partnership and advertising enquiries — clearly marked as such, please. Sponsored placement in editorial content is not for sale.

If you've been scammed
Don't email us first — minutes matter. Report to NZ Police (105) and CERT NZ, contact official CoinFlip support with your transaction ID if a kiosk was involved, and if your recovery phrase leaked, move remaining funds to a brand-new wallet immediately.
